Adding more, free
The app reads eBible.org's catalogue — about 1,550 translations, 1,294 of them marked free to redistribute, each with its own copyright line. Pick them by name, or name a language and take everything free in it: 29 complete English Bibles, 21 across German, Spanish, French and Italian.
Downloads are resumable and skip anything you already have, so a slow connection is not a problem. The copyright line travels with the file and ends up in the credits.
Recommended free picks: Biblia Traducerea Fidela (Romanian, public domain) and the Berean Standard Bible (English, public domain, modern and formally equivalent — the honest free substitute when a church asks for ESV or NASB).

Footnotes, cross references and study notes are stripped on the way in. This is a projector; a footnote marker on the wall helps nobody.
The licensing position
Modern translations — NKJV, ESV, NASB, and the revised Romanian editions — are not in any open catalogue, and no amount of file conversion produces a legal copy. Other programs that carry them do so under licence, not through a technique.
So ScriptureCaster ships what is genuinely free, points you at the best free substitutes, and asks publishers directly for the rest. If a publisher grants permission, their text can be shipped encrypted and non-exportable, with their name on screen and in the credits.
